h brand new 2003 cabin canvas and awning. Never been used since having all canvas replaced. Includes original inner tents plus new curtains, mattress covers. New trailer cover, 3 way fridge(gas/mains electric/12v), spare wheel, two double end beds and one centre double bed. Sleeps six easily but can accommodate more. Kitchen with sink, two burner stove and grill, foot switch operated water pump, can be easily erected in 5 mins, no need to peg out, (the awning may take a little longer). This is a spacious trailer tent that can sleep 8 adults comfortably. It is blue and grey in colour so is light inside, with curtains for windows. There is roughly 4 metres of awning. There are two sleeping 'pods' on the trailer part that will sleep 2 adults comfortably in either side - if you have small children, you will be able to get more in.
There is a kitchen unit with grill and two gas rings, also the gas bottle included
Also included in the price are two underbed pods which again will sleep two adults in each side comfortably.
Also iare four folding chairs and camping fridge and once the weather improves so we can sort through it, there maybe more extras.

XL is has four 2 person sleeping compartments (with extended 210X140 bedroom pods for 2008)
leading out into large 4 metre x 3. 65 metre central dinning / living area.
It has a large entrance and generous sized porch to give this tent a real roomy feel.
