the year to stay at the Grandview at Las Vegas, its a 1 bedroom apartment with huge walk in shower and bathroom. Comes with TV, fridge, everything you need to stay, you just add food. Has 2 full size beds (sofa that pulls out to a queen size and bedroom that has a permanent king size). All amenities onsite are free including pools, spas, outside BBQ (gas powered), Tennis courts and games rooms. Its situated on the Las Vegas trip. You will be deeded ownership of 1/11500th of the actual land plot (fully legal). See images for full details. You can float the week so can book it in then take another week (the owners do this), we only really do cruises now so dont need this anymore. You are paying for the deeds of ownership, you will have a LEGAL document that proves you OWN this stating 1 week (42), there is an annual upkeep fee (which is how all this stuff is free) of US $300.
